If you buy a cpanel license from our company we install it for you. For installation you will need to ask us before the VPS is set up and not after you received ROOT information. We install cpanel for our clients only when they request and before the initial vps set up. Any further configuration and setting is done by our customers. For any additional configuration we charge additional fees. Clients are free to ask for help in our community forum.
