My Account is suspended what should I do?

First please find out the reason. It can be because you failed to renew your service. 1. Login to our client area with the same Login email and password you used when you signed up with us. To login to our client area go to http://www.internetbrothers.co.kr/webpromotion/english/billingdepartment.html Go to Billing Management and login. If you have lost your password there is an area to request a new password.
2. In the Invoices section please check and see if there is any unpaid invoice.
Use a verified Paypal account and proceed with your payment. If the payment method is Bank transfer please visit In the above page you will find our Bank account information.
