You can receive a refund of unused month how ever you need to let us know in advance.

Example : If you are a prepaid client and you paid for 3 months but you decide to cancel after 2 months and 1 day even 1 hour (+9 GMT Korean time)  you will be charged for 3 months so even though your account is terminated You won't receive any refund. So please make sure you ask for cancellation exactly before the beginning of the following month(s). upgraded resources, advanced support, setup fees, or additional items, and overages are not applicable for refund.
