As long as we are sure about the full identity of the customer such as  Name, Address, etc and the server is used for legal purposes only Yes we do accept international customers how ever we reserve the right not to sell to some clients or discontinue our service for some clients. If we find out a customer is using misleading information to avoid restrictions we discontinue the service without any further notice or communication. In this case we do not refund.
