I failed to renew my VDS and it is terminated Can I pay now and recover my Data?



If you had a VDS with us, You failed to renew and pay for the service for any reason and now after some time you want to pay and have the same VDS back

you can contact us.

On normal situations we keep the VDS data for Min 15 Max 90 days even after you failed to pay for the VDS.

To have the same VDS renewed and recovered You will need to pay for all those unpaid months (eventhough you did not use the VDS) + a Setup fee again.


You need to first contact our billing department and get a confirmation then we will send you an invoice .

You will be able to use the same IP as you used before.

Note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to use the same VDS so please first confirm that with us.
