Paypal Subscription issue-The due date for my Order is not correct.

Our Dedicated or Virtual Private Servers' one month billing term is always 30 days . That means the next due date will be exactly 30 days after your start date.
Our system automatically checks for the unpaid invoices and suspends the VPS at 10 A.M Korean Standard Time exactly 30 days after the start date.

This applies only to our virtual  servers  and as we have been managing billing for years this way we are unable to change this.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but due to software limitations, Time zone and other issues we are unable to change this right now.

Please make sure we receive your payment 1 day before the due date , Because of  time zone difference preferably 2 days before the due date.

Please note Korea time is  GMT +9

If you have a paypal subscription you need to change the date. If you can not change the date simply cancel and make a new one.

Important : If your invoice is not marked paid 1 day before the due date mentioned in your invoice our system automatically suspends your service until the payment is done , confirmed and we have to manually reset your service ( it might takes us 6 hours to reset it).

Example:  You signed up for a service with us on 15th December 2008  Even though in your invoice the due date might be 15th January 2009 Your next due payment is  14th January 2009 Your invoice needs to be marked Paid before  10 A.M KST 14th January. The due date in your invoice is not correct and it is one day late.

Exception:  If your invoice due date falls on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) even if your invoice is not marked paid our system will not suspend your service but will put it off until  10 A.M Monday.

Conclusion: Please do not wait until the last minute to pay for your invoices.  To minimize downtime and any isssue please login to your paypal and make an arrangement so that the payment is received two days before the due day.

You can ask us and we will change you payment cycle to every 3 or 6 or 12 months.
