I failed to renew my VPS and it is terminated Can I pay now and recover my Data?

If you had a VPS with us, You failed to renew and pay for the service for any reason and now after some time you want to pay and have the same VPS back

you can contact us.

On normal situations we keep the VPS data for Min 15 Max 60 days even after you failed to pay for the VPS.

To have the same VPS renewed and recovered You will need to pay for all those unpaid months (eventhough you did not use the VPS) + a Setup fee again.

You need to first contact our billing department and get a confirmation then we will send you an invoice .

You will be able to use the same IP as you used before.

Note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to use the same VPS so please first confirm that with us.
If you told us that you will be using the VPS for a specified period it is possible that your data is removed from our servers.
You are fully responsible for any data loss.
