How to know if I have made any overpayment?

Login to our client area. In the first page you can see your  "Account Statistics"

Look at  your "Account Credit Balance" If you have a credit there that means you have made an overpayment
or we have manually added credit to your account.

If you have a paypal subscription with us and you want to cancel it please make sure that you cancel the subscription in the right way

at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment. If you do not cancel it before the scheduled date your paypal will continue to send us the payment.
