You cannot use a P.O .Box address for Dedicated Server request. Your address must be a physical address and  must be correct. We even might send you
A snail mail after some time with a code in it. If you do not receive the letter you won't be able to login to your dedicated and no refund will be made.
So to avoid problem please do not put wrong information in your profile and keep it updated because in a long run it will bring trouble to you and as our client we want to make sure you have a good experience with our service.South Korea is not a good place for illegal activity. If a customer tries to hide his identity we feel suspicious.

From time to time we might send you a snail mail, a Code to your mobile etc.. If you privide wrong information sooner or later there will be issues
