There is a large amount of fraud going on in this industry, stolen credit cards, stolen, hacked paypal accounts..
Please note as a company we do our best to protect our customer's privacy and any additional information received is kept offline.
Once your payment is done and you have a good record with us we won't ask for more verification. If you are unwilling to disclose your identification, Address, phone number we wont be able to proceed with your order but we do understand you might be concerned about your privacy so you can mask out (part of) the equivalent of the Social Security number and other sensitive data.

Tips: 1. If you do not have a Scanner to scan your IDs you can use a digital camera.
2. Hide or mask part of the social security number (national identifier) or very sensetive information (Please do not hide all information)
3. Upload your Jpg etc file using our Secure form online making a ticket . When we receive your ticket we will download the attached file

To make it less hassle for the customer we might agree to go just for a Phone verification using a landline phone number. Please provide
a Phone number and let us know the best time we can contact you. The phone number or Email address you provide must
be the same as in your paypal record. We might make a phone call before your payment and compare the information with
your paypal account after your payment. If your phone number or other information does not match we will stop the set up process even if
you paid, in this case we will not issue a refund to you but first contact paypal and ask for instruction. |
All customers sensitive information in our company is transmitted over a SSL (what is SSL?)
It is downloaded and kept offline in an external Drive using TrueCrypt software program . (What is TrueCrypt?)
The program protects the encrypted file using keys that are protected by a separate TrueCrypt passphrase.
Our system is quite well locked down , Only trusthworthy employees whose criminal background has been checked by Korean Police Department can have access to sensitive information. |
