Hosting Account Still Suspended After Payment

If your account is still suspended even after you made the full payment There are two possible scenarios
1. Your account was suspended originally because of non-payment and you must contact us to resume your account. You do not need to make a phone call. Simply visit our client area and contact us by opening a billing ticket. http://www.internetbrothers.co.kr/webpromotion/english/billingdepartment.html Please note We will need at least 6 hours to manually verify and resume your account. This needs to be done in Korean week days Office hours. or 2. Your site has been suspended due to an Acceptable Use Policy violation . In both cases please contact us.
