Can I contact support 24/7?

We have very few who speak English.

Even though you can contact us any time  unless there is a very urgent request Please make sure you avoid weekends, holidays and always
consider our time in Korea. Most of the time we have a slow response in night shifts. There are always some people here to help you but we have very few people who can speak English. If you contact us in office hours we can respond your tickets faster. Unless your server is completely down and you are sure it is our server and not due to your software issues we usually respond to a technical ticket in office hours only.



Note:

1. For new clients it is possible that the ticket response time might be a little slow until we assign you
to a support staff. Please make sure that you always use the same email address for all of your
support tickets.

2. Billing Department  works on Korean Office hours only ( Monday ~ Friday )

3. Please send your technical support ticket only to our support department and not the billing department

We do not give Technical support through a phone call or Chat session.
