Generally, your VPS hosting account will be provisioned and ready in a few hours

If your payment is received during Korean Holiday it might take up to 2 business days for us to verify and complete your installation.

If your order is flagged by our fraud prevention system, our billing department will contact you within 24 hours to approve your order and complete the account creation process.

If you are paying through bank we need to first receive the full payment before we can go ahead with set up.

Please ensure that your billing information is entered accurately and avoid using e-mail addresses from free e-mail providers to minimize delays.
