What support do you give for dedicated servers?

For unmanaged Korean dedicated servers like other companies in US you are responsible for every aspect of maintaining the server, from installing upgrades and patches . Updating the server’s security,Software installs is your responsibility. We do not help you with this.

If you need a managed dedicated server you can contact us. Unmanaged Dedicated Servers are completely unmanaged which means that we won't login to your box to troubleshoot, and we can only answer basic questions. If you need server management please contact our billing department and we can offer you one.
