After payment is confirmed, Identification received it usually takes 2~3 Business Days to set up your dedicated server but it might take upto 5 business days. ( It depends on your requirement etc..) For a faster set up please let us know exactly what OS , Partition requirement you have.

Like all reputable companies throughout the world we might ask  for full identification of customer before we go ahead with your dedicated server set up so please make sure that the contact information you provide is 100% correct specially your phone numbers.

We do not accept P.O. BOX addresses. The address you provide in your registration form specially the email address must be always correct. You must use an email address with is not associated to the domain being hosted by us. An email address always reachable.
