How can I contact you?

If you are calling from overseas with an International Phone card (calling card) you might not be able to reach us.

Please either use a regular phone or use our live Chat .  When calling please make sure you call in Korean office hours.
Live Chat sale might be available until 12 Mid night but normally it is on line during office hours.

If it is not online please use other ways to reach us.

Better Options:

You can also contact us through our  Forum , Client Area and Support Center.

To send a pre-sale question by email please click here  then click on " Pre-Sale Contact Form". when you send us an email through those areas we are immediately notified by SMS.
